Tuesday A Ride:6:00pm ~ 30miles at 20+mph avg (race pace ride with no stops to regroup)

Wednesday B, C Ride: 6:00pm ~ 30 miles 18-20mph avg (riders will regroup a few times during the ride if riders fall off of the pace)

Friday Fun Ride: 6:00 14 miles ~14mph avg. No drop ride for beginners.
